FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used in treating lung cancer. Method according to the invention involves administering to a subject a combination of nivolumab and a two-component platinum-based (PT-DC) based chemotherapy, wherein PT-DC is a combination of gemcitabine in dose of 1250 mg/m2 and cisplatin in dose of 75 mg/m2; combination of pemetrexed in dosage 500 mg/m2 and cisplatin in dose of 75 mg/m2; or a combination of paclitaxel in dose of 200 mg/m2 and carboplatin in dose providing desired area under curve 6 mg/ml/min (AUC6), wherein PT-DC is administered simultaneously with nivolumab within 4 doses of nivolumab, followed by repeated administration of nivolumab separately. Kit according to the invention comprises doses of nivolumab and PT-DC and instructions for use thereof.
EFFECT: use of inventions enables higher anti-tumour activity of nivolumab, increases overall survival of the patients, reduces tumour mass by the combination.
