FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely: method of producing a mixture for preparing a radiopharmaceutical preparation and a method of producing a kit for preparing a radiopharmaceutical. Method of producing a mixture for preparing a radiopharmaceutical comprises the steps of: (i) providing a vial containing a buffer and a reducing agent, wherein the content of the vial is in the lyophilised form; (ii) adding a ligand to the lyophilised flacon components, wherein the ligand is capable of binding to the radionuclide, where the ligand is soluble in a non-aqueous solvent, selected from any one or more versions, including solvents with polarity in the range of hexane to glycerol; (iii) lyophilisation of dissolved ligand under inert atmosphere conditions. Method of producing a kit for preparing a radiopharmaceutical comprises the steps of: (i) providing a first vial containing a buffer and a reducing agent, wherein the contents of vial 1 is in the lyophilised form; (ii) providing a second vial containing a ligand, wherein the ligand is capable of binding to the radionuclide, where the ligand is soluble in a non-aqueous solvent, selected from any one or more versions, including solvents with polarity in the range of hexane to glycerol; (iii) lyophilisation of dissolved ligand contained in flask 2 under conditions of inert atmosphere.
EFFECT: proposed group of solutions supports ligand in stable form prior to attachment of radionucleotide.
