FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to a heterocyclic compound of formula IX or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where R1 is C1-C6 alkyl; R2 is C1-C6 alkanediyl; Y1 and Y2 represent oxygen, wherein bis(2-chloroethyl)amino group is bonded at position 6 of benzimidazole ring structure. Invention also relates to a compound of formula VIII, an intermediate compound of formula VII, methods of producing said compounds and a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of formulas IX and/or VIII.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining new compounds having antiproliferative and/or cytotoxic activity.
