FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to slaughter of animals. Visual capture of data related to animals, which are subject to slaughter, is performed with application of image capturing unit and evaluation unit. Evaluation unit is connected to the image capturing unit. Image capturing unit comprises capturing image points on the surface of the rear side of the animal in the image capturing region. Image points contain markings. Then, image data are transmitted by means of an image capturing unit and transmitted thereto. Further, the image data point is captured by the evaluation unit. Unique identification code of the animal is assigned to the given image point. Evaluation unit is used to provide marking in the form of a memorized capture result having a unique animal identification code assigned.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of capturing data related to animals, which are subject to slaughter.
