SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technologies, particularly to a method of receiving/transmitting to a WLAN and a device. Technical result is achieved due to that the method comprises steps of generating, by means of a TXOP holder, a physical layer data protocol unit (PPDU), wherein the High-Efficiency Signal (A-SIGA) field in the PPDU carries a TXOP duration field, wherein the TXOP duration field is used to indicate the remaining time for the channel to use the station to other stations; wherein the TXOP duration field includes a first portion which is used to indicate the used granularity and a second portion which is used to indicate a TXOP duration using the granularity specified by the first portion; so that different degrees of detail can be used to indicate different TXOP duration in system; sending generated PPDU.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of indicating duration of TXOP.
