FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and can be used for assessment of blood circulation of integumentary tissues of medial surface of distal part of shin in patients with varicose veins of lower extremities. Ultrasonic examination of vessels of lower extremities is performed. An index of peripheral resistance of the perforating arteries accompanying the Corgat's perforating veins is determined. If the peripheral resistance index is less than 1, and if there is a main blood flow, a microcirculation disorder is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables evaluating blood circulation of the medial surface of the distal portion by determining an index of peripheral resistance along the perforating arteries.
