FIELD: radio engineering and communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication, in particular to a structure of a factorized precoder for code tables of multibeam precoders. Disclosed is a method for determining precoder parameters for transmissions in the direction of a communication network node carried out in a wireless communication device. Method comprises selecting a subset of beams from a plurality of orthogonal beams, wherein beams in a selected subset have phases; quantisation of phases of selected beam subset, wherein quantisation depends on beams; and transmitting the selected beam subset and quantised phases to the communication network node, wherein the selected beam subset and the quantised phases form part of the precoder parameters.

EFFECT: invention is designed to construct an efficient multibeam codebook, which enables to obtain good characteristics of the MU-MIMO system at low feedback costs.
