FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas industry and is used for installation in a pipe string technical conduit, comprises a combined tool and a method of carrying out process operations with this tool during construction of oil and gas offshore on the shelf. Tool comprises guide with stops, holes, groove and combined sealing rings. Tool comprises body with thread, sealant with mounting surface, holes, process pockets and slots. Slots are made with slots of smaller size in width for passage of flushing liquid. In each groove there are stops, on which stretching springs are installed outside. On the body there are pins to hold the weight of the string and there is a prefabricated body on which shear screws are made, a signal pin and a thrust bushing with shear screws and keys are located. A carriage with a seating surface fixed with a shear screw is installed in the body. In the carriage the spring-loaded pins are installed and the sealing surface is fixed by the mounting surface. Structural solution of the tool corresponds to technological operations of the method: mounting and lowering, sealing and lifting.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of a tool and method of its operations when installing in a conductor technical string, increasing and enlarging their performance.
