FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and is intended for protection of conductor with technical pipe string during construction and operation of underwater wells. Multifunctional set comprises plug and protective bushing. Proposed tool comprises case and guide with thrust. Housing is provided with spring-loaded pins, seal with cover, swivel ring and nut with slot. On the guide there is a valve and a compression spring. Valve is limited from axial movement along the guide stop and contains two seals. Protective sleeve is made with groove and slot and comprises shear screw. Slot has resilient split ring with ledge and metal split rings. Nut slot interacts with the shear screw. Rotary ring is made with possibility of its axis rotation and holding of fingers inside the housing, including with the possibility of rotation to 45 degrees for holding of fingers in the groove. Ledge of the resilient split ring has the possibility of retaining the protective sleeve when placed in the groove of the conductor with movement of the shear screw into the nut groove. Plug instrument can be used as a tool for lowering and installation, removal and lifting of the protective sleeve. Plug instrument can be used as a plug for sealing of the conductor with the help of a compression spring. Protective bushing is a support ledge preventing axial movement to plug face.
