CONNECTION METHOD OF ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR TO AC SINUSOIDAL VOLTAGE NETWORK BY MEANS OF AC VOLTAGE REGULATOR Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC H02P1/26 G05F1/70

Abstract RU 2695795 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for improvement of quality of electric power in three-phase electric mains of alternating current at connection to it as load of asynchronous motors. In the method of connecting an asynchronous motor to a network of variable sinusoidal voltage using an AC voltage controller operating from a network of variable sinusoidal voltage, using generation of controlled voltage on asynchronous motor stator windings during its start-up by means of AC voltage regulator connection in series with AC voltage network and stator windings of asynchronous motor and its voltage control during asynchronous motor start-up, as well as elimination of alternating voltage controller from series circuit, which includes network of alternating sinusoidal voltage and stator windings of asynchronous motor, during operation of asynchronous motor in steady-state mode, alternating-current controller is represented by variable sinusoidal voltage controller and when asynchronous motor achieves the steady-state rotation speed, AC voltage regulator through compensating capacitors is connected in parallel to stator windings of asynchronous motor to compensate its reactive power in AC sinusoidal voltage network and further control of sinusoidal voltage of the AC voltage regulator is performed in order to compensate for the reactive power generated by the asynchronous motor in the AC sinusoidal voltage network.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of quality of electric energy consumed from a network of variable sinusoidal voltage both during start-up, and in steady-state operating mode of asynchronous motor.
