FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedics, traumatology and rehabilitation, and can be used in rehabilitation of children with flat feet. For this purpose, using a rehabilitation methodologist, complex of 6 exercises is performed with feet in the step pattern set on the Galileo vibroplatform. 1st exercise: the child is standing on the platform, feet on shoulder width without using additional support, then he arranges the feet and holds in this position, straightens knees, strains hips, lower muscles contract lower pelvic in neutral position, retracts arms and brings up the blades. 2-nd exercise: a child is standing on a platform, after lining feet child straightens knees, thighs are stressed, arranges pelvis in neutral position, retracts back and brings up the blades, in this position child performs 5–10 sit-ups, maintaining aligned body axis. 3rd exercise: the child stands in the leg stand apart on the shoulder width, a gymnastic band is under the feet, the ends of the band of the uniform length are held by the child in the palms of the hands, hands on sides, flexes hands in elbows, tightening ends of a gymnastic band, straining muscles of hands and holding itself in this position for 2–3 minutes. 4th exercise: the child is sitting on a chair, legs touch the floor, the press is strained, in the child's arms a gymnastic band is in place, the middle of the band is clenched in fists, from this position the child raises the straightened arms in front of the breast, with effort spreads them aside, brings up the blades, keeping the press muscles strained, repeats given exercise 5–10 times. 5th exercise: a child is sitting on a chair, feet are on the floor, on the central part of the gymnastic band, free ends of the tape of equal length the child holds, then lifts the foot from the floor and pushes the foot on the gymnastic band. 6th exercise: a child stands face to wall on heels, toes turned out, by muscle contraction of lower press the child is straining pelvis, arms are retracted and brings up the blades, then the child rests his hands on the wall and holds this position for 2–3 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides effective foot correction in flat feet due to increased activity of leg arches muscles, reinforcement of their power endurance and reduced flattening of feet arch caused by the selected exercises.
