FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to calculation of area of barrier and frame membranes in planning of directed regeneration of bone tissue. Disclosed is a method involving conical-beam computed tomography, impression taking, making models. Produced models are scanned, get their scans in .STL format, loaded with cone-beam computerized tomography in .DCM format and model scans in .STL format to "Avantis 3D" program, and constructing a "mesh", comparing the cone-beam tomography and scans on the reference points, and installing the implants in the orthopedic positions, further, a surgical template is made, and anatomical features of the alveolar crest are used to simulate the volume of bone-substituting material by calculating the membrane area required for targeted bone tissue regeneration.
EFFECT: invention provides determining the size and area of the membrane when planning the targeted regeneration of bone tissue.
