SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthodontic and surgical dentistry, and is intended for installation of orthodontic implants. Disclosed is a method for planning an installation of orthodontic implants, involving conical-beam computed tomography, taking impressions, making models. Manufactured models are then scanned to obtain scans thereof in .STL format. Then, cone-beam computer tomography data in .DCM format and model scans in .STL format are loaded into "Avantis 3D" program, and according to obtained data "grid" is constructed, and by reference points cone-beam tomography and scans are compared, with further installation of orthodontic implants taking into account sizes of inter-root areas of interest, as well as arrangement of vessels and nerves, making a surgical template.

EFFECT: invention provides improved quality of installation of orthodontic implants, higher accuracy of planning during their installation and, as a result, decreased surgery time and postoperative complications.
