SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgical dentistry and can be used for planning and calculating materials during reconstruction of maxillary sinus with subsequent dental implantation. Disclosed is a method for planning a sine-lifting operation involving conical-beam computed tomography, taking impressions, making models, characterized by that the produced models are scanned, their scans are obtained in .STL format, then the cone-beam computer tomography data in .DCM format and the model scans in .STL format are loaded into Avantis 3D program and based on the obtained data, the "grid" is plotted, and reference points are used to compare cone-beam tomography and scans - scene data, install implants in orthopedic profitable positions, make a surgical template and according to mesh data and geometrical parameters of maxillary sinus, osteone-substituting material is simulated, its exact volume is measured, which is required for introduction into maxillary sinus.

EFFECT: invention provides determining bone-substituting material when planning a sine-lifting operation.
