FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: tunable harmonics self-generator comprising a transistor whose base is connected to a common point of the capacitors, and resistors forming a voltage divider connected between the common bus and the positive terminal of the supply voltage source, collector of transistor is connected to common point of capacitors connection, and inductance, the other output of which is connected to terminal and through locking capacitor to common bus, emitter of transistor is connected to common point of connection of free terminals of capacitors, with resistor and with capacitor, which second output is connected in series through inductances and connected to output of device, free terminal of capacitor is connected, on one side through inductances connected in series, to positive terminal of control voltage source, and on the other side, this capacitor lead is connected to a varicap cathode, the anode of which is connected through a section of the microstrip transmission line to the common bus.

EFFECT: simultaneous increase of power levels of selected odd and even harmonics of tunable generator relative to output power of its fundamental frequency oscillation.
