SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication, in particular to a method of accessing an uplink channel and a corresponding device. Technical result is achieved due to reception by user device (UE) of data scheduling uplink data sent by basic station, wherein uplink data scheduling scheme includes cross-over scheduling of carriers and self-scheduling; when the uplink data scheduling diagram is a cross-referencing scheme of the carriers, obtaining access by the UE to the uplink channel in the first order, wherein the first order includes a first parameter, and the first parameter is an uplink channel access parameter configured by the base station for the UE; and when the uplink data scheduling diagram is a self-planning circuit, obtaining UE access to the uplink channel in the second order, wherein the second order is a LBT circuit having no random delay mechanism.

EFFECT: technical result is access to an uplink channel in an LAA system.
