FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of microparticles of zero-valent iron immobilized by a therapeutic agent. Some part of aqueous solution of iron (III) hexahydrate and part of aqueous solution of sodium borohydride are mixed in argon atmosphere. Remaining parts of said solutions are added to the obtained mixture and mixed in an argon atmosphere. Aqueous solution of 4-carboxybenzenediazonium tosylate salt is added to the obtained suspension and mixed, the microparticles are deposited in a constant magnetic field and the solution is removed by decantation. After washing and drying to constant mass powder is prepared suspension in distilled water. Parallel preparation of solutions of therapeutic and stabilizing agents in distilled water. Solution of the therapeutic agent is added drop-by-drop to the solution of the stabilizing agent, and then the prepared suspension of microparticles of zero-valent iron is added. Obtained mixture is stirred, and zero-valence iron microparticles are deposited. Supernatant is separated from the precipitate by decantation. Deposit is suspended in distilled water. Obtained suspension is separated by magnetic separation, the residue is dried to constant weight of the powder.
EFFECT: obtaining microparticles with size from 50 to 1000 mcm.
