FIELD: medicine; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and medicine, namely to a method for synthesis of stabilized magnetic nanoagents, involving the following steps: i) a colloidal solution of the initial magnetic nanoparticles is mixed with a solution of gamma-immunoglobulins in order to obtain a reaction mixture, wherein the gamma-immunoglobulins have a final concentration of not less than 1 mg/ml; ii) the obtained reaction mixture is heated to temperature of 45 to 98 °C in order to obtain a suspension of stabilized magnetic nanoparticles, wherein said initial magnetic nanoparticles are crystallites of magnetite, maghemite, mixed spinels based on iron, nickel or cobalt.
EFFECT: creation of stabilized magnetic nanoagents, preferably specific to molecular targets, by a method, characterized by a small number of synthesis steps, improved reproducibility, bio-safety (biocompatibility) and preferably characterized by the absence of additional shells or spacers.
