FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installation of reactor plant equipment during construction of nuclear power stations with water-cooled power reactors. During installation of the main large-size equipment of the reactor plant at the stage of combined construction and erection works from the pre-installation preparation site until the dome of the inner protective shell of the reactor building is closed, a temporary platform is installed for installation of the caterpillar crane of large carrying capacity in front of the reactor building erected during NPP construction. Large-capacity caterpillar crane is assembled and installed on site. In the zone of action of the caterpillar crane, an additional platform is arranged for pre-installation preparation of equipment before its installation. Large-size units of reactor plant equipment are supplied to site of pre-installation preparation by conveyors and depending on dimensions, weight, used equipment is placed in specially allocated places in area of action of caterpillar crane, then pre-installation preparation, additional support elements or attachments are performed. In parallel with these works in the reactor building, construction works are performed for preparation of premises for installation of equipment and local "clean" zones are created in places of equipment installation. In prepared premises with the help of caterpillar crane and equipment the equipment is supplied serially to their standard places. If the equipment was previously transported to the pre-installation site in the horizontal position, the tilting operations are performed and the equipment is brought out into the vertical pre-design position with the tap, and then it is placed in the standard place. After installation on standard places equipment is covered from external influence and atmospheric precipitation.

EFFECT: accelerated outlet of main circulation pipelines with reduction of NPP construction time is achieved.
