FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunications and can be used in decametric wireless communication systems during high-speed transmission of discrete messages by frequency manipulation in conditions of frequent change of communication conditions, for example, with frequent change of beams in a multibeam communication channel or in informative transmission of messages in a pseudo-random tuning of operating frequency (PRTOF) mode. In the method of clock and cognitive synchronization on the transmitting side of the radio link when transmitting information using the frequency manipulation method in the center of the first and last elements of each code combination, the phase of the transmitted oscillation is changed by n radians and at moments of time, corresponding to fronts of elementary parcels periodically, with period equal to duration of elementary packages, changing radio signal phase to n radians, which enables to quickly determine on the receiving side location of elements at the beginning and at the end of received code combinations for cognitive synchronization, as well as location of all fronts of elementary telegraphic packages in received signal for clock synchronization, and simultaneous oscillation at corresponding time intervals of received first and last elements of code combinations by means of re-manipulation return initial phases and signal takes the usual form of frequency-manipulated oscillation.
EFFECT: high rate of transmitting messages.
