FIELD: exercise equipment; data processing.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention represents a complex consisting of an original exercise treadmill adapted for the task being solved and having at least two degrees of freedom; hardware and software equipment, which implements functions of user positioning due to control of both track motion of track, and inclinations of running track depending on features of relief of virtual underlying surface. Positioning system can be based on the use of different sensors and feedback channels. Reading the relief from the virtual model is based on a computing device which generates data arrays from the altitude field of the underlying surface, which can be constructed, for example, based on photogrammetry data, and providing visualization of a three-dimensional world model, for example, through virtual reality glasses.
EFFECT: what is offered is a training device for developing and reinforcing muscles or joints with exercises to overcome counteracting force with measuring devices or without them, as well as to a system for simulating human motion in virtual reality.
