FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of analysing fluid media, mainly to measurement of kinematic viscosity, and can be used in quality control of aviation kerosene and diesel fuel in laboratory conditions at production sites. Method of express-analysis of liquid packaged products consists in the fact that the analysed liquid product in packaged container is placed on electronic scales connected to computer, measuring its weight and ambient temperature, which enables to calculate density of liquid product (ρ) as difference between measured value and reference weight of empty container divided into normative volume of liquid product, and using the formula of Mendeleev to obtain values of densities of the liquid product at standard positive and negative temperatures (ρi), after which, by lowering into the analysed liquid product a capacitive sensor connected to the immittance meter, which is also connected to a computer, commands of which in a certain order change the measurement frequencies in range of 1 to 106 Hz, register and record in memory values of electrical conductivity, resistance, capacitance and loss tangent (tgδi), from which are calculated ratio of electrical conductivity at different frequencies (ni), specific heat of combustion (Qi), which are functions of said ratios at recording temperatures, characteristic frequencies (fi), at which electrical conductivity does not depend on temperature, as well as dielectric permeabilities (εi), macroscopic and microscopic relaxation times of liquid product (τi) according to Pauls equation, after which the Debye relations determine the dynamic viscosity of the liquid products (ηi), and dividing by the obtained density – kinematic viscosities (vi), characterized by the fact that the Debye relations are substituted with standard and relaxation times (τt) tabulated air data (ηt, vt) at current temperature. Installation for method implementation consists of computer with connection to it through appropriate interfaces of electronic scales and immittance meter, which is connected to capacitive sensor lowered into analysed liquid product, through hole in container, where it is packaged, and by means of the corresponding computer-controlled software, performing during a dozen seconds identification of the liquid product and determination of its quality by comparing the measured and calculated parameters with the stored / stored parameters of the standards.
EFFECT: technical result is identification and quality control of liquid products.
