SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for ultrasound diagnosis quality of crystalline and electric insulating materials and connections. Invention summary consists in fact that in tested material electromagnetic oscillations are excited, tangent of dielectric loss angle tgδ is measured, based on which degree of material readiness is determined, wherein tangent of dielectric loss angle amplitude-frequency characteristic is taken both without action of ultrasonic oscillations and under their impact, when frequency bands of electric and ultrasonic oscillations coincide, as result, in both cases tangent of dielectric loss angle amplitude-frequency characteristic are taken, state of material or adhesive joint is determined from results of comparing amplitude and displacement of tgδ maxima by frequency relative to reference value, wherein displacement by more than 50 kHz indicates unsuitability of crystalline and electric insulating materials or unavailability of adhesive joint.
EFFECT: possibility of designing rapid test method of controlling quality of crystalline and electric insulating materials and connections.
