FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture. In the method of separation, a mixture of particles of material is vibro-gravitationally fed into a zone of monotonically increasing action of a flat jets cascade. Large impurities in the mixture of grain material are separated and directed only into the first fraction or into a separate accumulation container by one or more vibrations before gravity feed of the mixture of grain material into the aerodynamic action zone. After separation of large impurities material is divided into fractions. Aerodynamic separator comprises hopper 1 with vibration chute 2, generator 3 of cascade of air jets, pneumatically connected to source 4 of air supply under pressure, and separation chamber 5, under which there are collectors of 6 fractions. Above vibration chute 2 there is a bar device connected to it, made in the form of comb 7. Bars of comb 7 have different length or stiffness, are mounted cantilever at the beginning of vibration chute 2 between it and the output from hopper 1 and are made with an end bend. In free cantilever ends of bars there is a large impurities collector made in the form of single- or double-pitch vibrochannel 10 interconnected with first fraction collector.
EFFECT: high quality of separation and high output of finished products.
