FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: rotating clamping chuck includes system of lubricant-coolant grooves made as a whole along whole length of landing hole for shank end. System of grooves forms a flow path in fluid communication with front and rear ends of hole and includes one or more inclined sections of grooves open on front end of rotating chuck and inclined to it.
EFFECT: improved cooling of cutting tools.
