SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vehicle seat, comprising multiple configuration and support adjustments, in particular to a vehicle seat configured to automatically move into an access position to facilitate entry and exit from the passenger compartment of the vehicle in which the vehicle seat is located. Invention comprises a vehicle seat comprising a seat portion and a seatback. Vehicle seat additionally comprises a plurality of air chambers located in the seat and in the seat back. Air chambers are configurable between multiple states. Controller is configured to control inflation of air chambers. Controller is additionally configured to control seat position relative to vertical and horizontal positions to provide greater access to vehicle cabin when entering or exiting vehicle.
