FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the foundry. Proposed device comprises teeming barrel (3), nozzle (7), distributor (20) and nozzle injection system (10). In distributor (20) there are melt guides (22) to each of nozzles (40) from nozzle (7). Nozzles (40) made with possibility of heating are placed one above the other and contain gating area (42). Between gating area (42) of at least one of upper nozzles (40) and the last branch of the metal melt guides (22) there is at least one non-return valve (48) preventing metal (4) from flowing back from gate area (42) in teeming barrel (3) direction.
EFFECT: prevention of metal leakage back from gating zone to teeming barrel.
