FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for dosed introduction of surgical fasteners within the body and application of external marks indicating the insertion location of surgical fasteners within a body comprises the first member, the second member and a marking assembly. The first member has a dosing opening at its distal end for surgical fasteners configured to dose surgical fasteners. The second member is connected to the first member, at that, the second member has a distal end opposite to the dosing opening for the surgical fasteners. The marking assembly is secured to the distal end of the second member, wherein the marking assembly is movable from the dosing opening for the surgical fasteners and to it. The marking assembly is adapted for marks application to the external surface to represent the location of each surgical fastener introduced through the dosing opening for the surgical fasteners at the distal end of the first element. For the second version, the device for dosed intriduction of surgical fasteners includes a lower arm, an upper arm and a marking assembly. The lower arm has a proximal end and a distal end comprising a dosing opening for the surgical fasteners configured to dose surgical fasteners. The upper arm is connected to the lower arm and has a distal end which is opposite to the dosing opening for the surgical fasteners at the distal end of the lower arm. The marking assembly is attached to the distal end of the upper arm and is located opposite to the dosing opening for the surgical fasteners at the distal end of the lower arm. The distal ends of the upper and lower arms are movable between an open position and a closed position. If the upper and lower arms are in the closed position, the marking device is adapted to apply marking to the external surface outside the surgical aperture at each dosed introduction of one of the said surgical fasteners into the surgical aperture. Each of the marks reflects the location of each surgical fastener, introduced into the surgical aperture.
EFFECT: invention provides precise control and placement of surgical fasteners in the operative field.
