SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and molecular biology. Disclosed is a PCR-based rapid test for prediction of sensitivity of a brain tumour sample of a specific patient to oncolytic viruses. Express test is based on analysis of interrelation of gene expression levels PVR, CD55, CXADR, ICAM1, ITGAV, ITGB1, ITGA2, ITGB3, SELPLG, TMPRSS2, TMPRSS4, TMPRSS9, TMPRSS11D, EIF2AK2, IFIH1, MAVS, IRF-3, IRF-9, STAT1, STAT2, NLRX1, SCARB2, RARRES3 and susceptibility of malignant cells to oncolytic action of viruses and includes a mixture for amplification, 96-well plate with a lyophilised mixture of amplification-specific sections of gene markers of primers and corresponding oligonucleotide probes and a scheme for interpreting test results.

EFFECT: invention provides effective selection of personified therapy of cerebral malignancies.
