FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning gases from solid impurities and can be used in various technological processes of metallurgical, chemical, food, construction and other industries. Gas purification filter comprises a contaminated gas chamber, a sleeve or cartridge filter element, a clean gas chamber consisting of several sections separated by a common header, shutoff valves, each of which contains a rectangular gate, the geometric dimensions of which correspond to the geometrical dimensions of the hole it closes, the shutoff valves are intended to shut off the holes by means of which separate sections of the clean gas chamber are communicated with the common header, flap is connected to the rod first end, the second end of which is connected to the drive designed to control the rod position and to ensure its movement in the longitudinal direction, the flap in the upper part is attached to the clean gas chamber frame with the possibility of its deviation from the hole for which it is intended to shut off, the drive housing is located on the upper outer surface of the clean gas chamber and is rigidly connected to it by means of a flange, the flange is rigidly fixed on the upper outer surface of the clean gas chamber with the possibility of passage of the rod through the flange into the housing of the drive during movement of the shutoff valve shutter between two extreme positions, drive housing deviates from vertical by angle α less than 90°, rod first end is connected to cylindrical rod, installed with possibility of rotation around its longitudinal axis, at that, the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical rod is located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the rod, the outer surface of the shut-off valve flap, which faces the common header of the clean gas chamber, is equipped with an edge rigidly connected to the shutter, the rib is located along the flap side sides, on the side surface of the rib there is a through slit-like hole, in which a cylindrical rod is located along the slot-like opening of the rib from the upper edge of the gate to the bottom one and back, and the length of the slot-like opening of the rib is selected so that the bar moves between two extreme positions of the shut-off valve flap.

EFFECT: invention provides simplified design of hose filter, increased reliability of its operation, convenience in operation and reduced weight and dimensions.
