METHOD FOR DETERMINING FUNCTIONAL STATE OF ADULT HUMAN ORGANISM Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2619871 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for determination of functional state of organism. Method includes morning collection of mouth fluid (MF) with further morphological analysis of marginal MF facies in ordinary light, it is suggested to settle MF at temperature +5 - +8°C for 2-3 hours, with the following sampling of 20-30 mcl from supernatant part of MF, which is applied on microscope slide, on the surface of which substrate of dried layer of 10% albumin solution is preliminarily created. In the process of analysis of mouth fluid facies structure patients are classified as those who have optimal functioning state of organism or those who have insufficient state for respective age groups.

EFFECT: claimed method is technically simple, presents possibility of carrying out extensive screening examination of population aimed at estimation of impact of various factors, reducing functional ability of organism, which makes it possible to perform timely correction of labour and rest regimen, carrying out primary prevention of the most widely-spread diseases, accelerating processes of human ageing.
