FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely oncology, and can be used for screening of probability of lung cancer or detection of the given oncological disease at an early stage. Disclosed is a method comprising measuring the level of biomarkers in a biological fluid sample obtained from a subject: HE4, ApoA2, CYFRA.21.1, Ddimer, ApoA1, TTR, B2M, CA125, hsCRP, CEA, sVCAM.1, CA15.3, as well as determining a patient's sex with subsequent treatment of a set of derived values of biomarkers using at least one classification model trained to determine high or low probability of lung cancer.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of screening detection of the presence of cancer in a specific patient of the European population, and already at the early stages of its development by detecting and accounting for the original set of biomarkers based on the analysis of the serum or blood plasma fraction with accelerated diagnosed states.
