FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely oncology, and can be used for screening of probability of presence of breast cancer (BC) in patients of Caucasian race. Level of biomarkers in a biological fluid sample obtained in a subject is measured: CYFRA.21.1, ApoA2, Ddimer, HE4, B2M, ApoA1, sVCAM.1, CA125, CA15.3, TTR, hsCRP, CEA. Set of obtained values of biomarkers is processed using at least one classification model trained to determine a high or low probability of the presence of breast cancer.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of screening detection of cancer in the patients of the Caucasian race by using a classification model trained to determine the high or low probability of the presence of breast cancer.
