SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for screening determination of kidney cancer probability. ApoAl, CA19.9, CYFRA21.1, Ddimer, hsCRP, B2M biomarkers level is measured in a biological fluid sample obtained from the subject. Patient's sex is determined. Set of obtained values is processed using at least one classification model trained to determine high or low probability of kidney cancer.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of screening detection of kidney cancer in a specific patient at early stages due to biostatistical processing of results of analysis of blood serum fraction and determination of concentration of biomarkers.
