FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: described is a method for determining the probability of cardiovascular diseases (CVD), namely hypertension, ischemic heart disease (IHD) and chronic heart failure (CHF), by quantitative chromatography-mass spectrometric analysis. In this method, values of probabilistic parameters M1, M2, M3 calculated using trained machine learning models are determined; at M1 ≥ 0.75 probability of developing CVD is assessed as low and a message on the absence of CVD is displayed; values M1 < 0.75 and M2 ≥ 0.75 indicates a high probability of developing hypertension; values M1 < 0.75, M2 < 0.75 and M3 < 0.75 indicate a high probability of developing ischemic heart disease; M1 < 0.75, M2 < 0.75 and M3 ≥ 0.75 testifies to a high probability of developing chronic heart failure.
EFFECT: invention can be used to assess the probability of developing cardiovascular diseases (CVD) to supplement clinical diagnosis.
