SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. Method includes heating of steel slab to temperature of 1,300 °C and less, hot rolling of steel slab to produce hot-rolled steel sheet, annealing of hot-rolled steel sheet in hot conditions zone, single, or double, or multiple cold rolling with intermediate annealing between them to produce cold-rolled steel sheet of final thickness, primary recrystallization annealing, application of annealing separator to surface of cold-rolled steel sheet after primary recrystallization annealing and secondary recrystallization annealing, wherein during annealing in zone of hot conditions average heating rate from ordinary temperature to 400 °C is 50 °C/s and more, and time to reach 900 °C from 400 °C is 100 s or less.

EFFECT: obtaining textured sheet from electrical steel having better magnetic properties.
