FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. To reduce the dispersion of magnetic properties in a roll, a slab is obtained from steel containing, in wt.% or ppm (wt.): C from 0.002 to 0.08, Si from 2.0 to 8.0, Mn from 0.005 to 1.0, N less than 50 ppm, S less than 50 ppm, Se less than 50 ppm and Al solution less than 100 ppm, at least one of: Sn from 0.010 from 0.200, Sb from 0.010 to 0.200, Mo from 0.010 to 0.150 and P from 0.010 to 0.150, Fe and inevitable impurities – the rest, slab is heated to a temperature of 1,300 °C or less, subjected to hot rolling, cold rolling, then decarburization – recrystallization annealing with heating in the first stage from 800 °C to 900 °C, and in the second stage from 850 °C to 950 °C, which is higher than the annealing temperature in the first stage, applying an annealing separator and final annealing with heating in the first stage at a temperature of 800 °C to 950 °C for 20 hours or more, and in the second stage at a temperature that is higher than the final annealing temperature in the first stage, and the ratio Td ≥ Tf is satisfied, where Td (°C) is the highest temperature at which sheet steel is annealed in the second stage of the decarburization annealing, and Tf (°C) – the highest temperature before the beginning of the secondary recrystallization of sheet steel in the first stage of the final annealing.
EFFECT: reduced dispersion of magnetic properties.
