FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for closing ring (1) for threading of threaded rod (2). Connecting device (6) for introduction into threaded rod (2) is driven by rotary drive (4). There is also linear movement of connecting device (6). After that, closing ring (1) by means of drive ring (3) of closing ring driven by drive (4) into rotational movement of locking ring is tightened onto threaded rod (2) fixed by means of connecting device (6).
EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to automate the process of obtaining a connection using a threaded rod and a closing ring.
