FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Invention can be used in development and optimization of PCR and RT-PCR systems used for detection of nucleic acids, including in diagnostics of genetic, viral and other diseases. Disclosed is a method for matrix enzymatic DNA synthesis. Method is characterized by that as polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and PCR in combination with reverse transcription (RT-PCR) primers used are neutral derivatives of oligonucleotides, namely phosphoryl-guanidines. Phosphoryl guanidines contain one or more phosphate groups in which a guanidine or substituted guanidine residue is introduced on the phosphorus atom.
EFFECT: high reliability, sensitivity and specificity of detecting analysed sequences of nucleic acids, as well as simple method of DNA matrix synthesis.
