Subscriber device (UE) (12) transmitting a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) includes processing circuit (26), determining at least one transmission parameter associated with at least one of the data transmission and transmission of control information, wherein at least one transmission parameter includes at least one of at least one of a time position and a frequency position of resources associated with a physical channel and a scheduled band for a physical channel, and generating a DMRS using the determined at least one transmission parameter. UE (12) includes transmitter circuit (22) configured to transmit DMRS.

EFFECT: reduced mutual correlation and interference between UE.
