The method of allocating resources in the time domain, carried out at a base station that supports simultaneous transmission of multiple spatial MIMO streams for data transmission, each of which is associated with a DMRS signal that differs from the others, contains stages at which a specified number of adjacent OFDM are allocated in the part of the DL/UL period of the frame corresponding to the downlink symbols for transmitting PDCCH, form a block of time intervals containing an integer number of adjacent time intervals, and each time interval includes a specified number of OFDM symbols, while PDCCH refers to the entire block of time intervals, allocate at least one subblock OFDM symbols for transmitting a DMRS structure in which DMRS signals are multiplexed for the required number of PDSCH MIMO streams, and allocate OFDM symbols for transmitting PDSCH in the block of time intervals.

EFFECT: technical result is to make it possible to use less frequent transmissions of DMRS demodulation reference signals without reducing the quality of the channel evaluation.
