FIELD: railway automatics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automatics for determination of rolling stock location. System comprises radio-frequency labels on each railroad sleepers, and on infrastructure facilities, radio-frequency reader installed on railway rolling stock, on which decoder is installed, microprocessor with a memory unit connected thereto, in which a digital path model with an adjacent infrastructure and information on the sleepers on the track with their absolute coordinates is recorded, and a transceiver connected via a communication channel to a transceiver device of a control centre or a traffic control centre, in which computer memory of digital track model with adjacent infrastructure and information on arranged on the track sleepers with their absolute coordinates, wherein the output of the radio-frequency reader through the decoder is connected to the input of the microprocessor, which is connected to the control unit of the railway rolling stock and to the transceiver.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of determining location of a railway vehicle.
