FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for rehabilitation of patients with disturbed functions of lower extremities. Apparatus for mechanotherapy of lower extremities comprises a fixed base, frame, reversible electric drive, connected by means of coupling with screw pair in form of lead screw and nut, two parallel rockers, hinged on base, transmission made in form of two connected and parallel four-link mechanisms, lodgment support, fixed on frame, lodgment of hip, fixed on links of four-link mechanisms, angle sensor, two limit switches, control unit of reversible electric drive, microcontroller, remote panel of emergency disconnection of electric drive, a control panel, a probing current generator, first and second current electrodes, first and second measuring electrodes, bioelectric signal amplifier, a synchronous detector, an analogue-to-digital converter, a personal computer, a doctor's monitor, a patient's monitor and a sound-reproducing device. Frame is hingedly connected to the carriage, in the groove of which the screw pair is located with the possibility of its movement along the guide along the lead screw axis. Limit switches fixing extreme position of the carriage are installed on the base, and the angle sensor is installed on the four-link mechanism. Input of reversible electric drive control unit, angle transducer, limit switches, remote panel of emergency disconnection of electric drive and control panel are connected to microcontroller. Output of the control unit of the reverse electric drive is connected to the reversible electric drive. Probing current generator is connected to the microcontroller and is connected to the first and second current electrodes located on the patient's chest, first and second measuring electrodes located on the patient's chest are connected to the input of the bioelectric signal amplifier, the output of which is connected to the signal input of the synchronous detector, the synchronization input of which is connected to the microcontroller, synchronous detector output is connected via analogue-to-digital converter with microcontroller. Personal computer connected to a doctor's monitor, a patient's monitor and a sound-reproducing device is connected to the microcontroller.

EFFECT: invention provides more effective recovery of limb motion in acute period and chronic stage of cerebral circulation disorder, peripheral nervous system diseases (pareses, paralyzes), as well as musculoskeletal injuries (fractures, tendon ruptures, contractures).
