FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a hollow fixed base with a longitudinal slot in its upper surface located inside a hollow base: a reversible electric drive, a microcontroller, a reversible electric drive control unit whose input is connected to the microcontroller output, and the output is connected to the electric input of the reversible electric drive, the control panel connected to the microcontroller inputs and containing buttons to set the mechanotherapy parameters, a screw pair consisting of a lead screw and a nut, a guide installed along the hollow base longitudinal slot, a carriage connected kinematically to the screw pair nut and provided with a pusher, passed through the hollow base slot, rotation transmission means to provide mechanical connection of the reversible electric drive with the lead screw. On the hollow base, a transmission is also located, made in the form of two parallel four-link mechanisms consisting of the first, second, third and fourth pairs of links, a frame rigidly connected to the transmission, a foot, equipped with foot fastening elements, shank and hip beds with ends fixed on the first and third links of the transmission, respectively, and a bend angle sensor fixed coaxially with the hinge installed between the first and third links of the transmission and with an electrical output connected to the microcontroller input. The emergency shutdown panel is remote and also electrically connected to the microcontroller input. Device also contains a means for rotation transmission made in the form of two pulleys kinematically connected to each other through a toothed belt, one of which is mounted on the reversible electric drive shaft and the other - on the lead screw of the screw pair and a guide made in the form of a pair of rails placed on the base along different sides of the lead screw of the screw pair.
EFFECT: reduced load on the electric drive and screw pair, level of vibration transmission from the electric drive to the screw pair and vice versa, improve conditions of operation with the control panel, increased efficiency when emergency shutdown of the device is required, and increased safety of device operation.
