SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry. Separation of light liquid phase of soap of crude tall oil and heavy liquid black liquor is performed in two stages. At first separation stage (130) in first centrifugal separator (131, 132, 133), first heavy fraction is obtained, consisting of heavy phase with small amount of impurities in form of light phase, and first light fraction consisting of light phase with impurities in form of heavy phase. At second separation stage (140) second separation of first light fraction is performed in second centrifugal separator (141) of purifier type to obtain second heavy fraction consisting of heavy phase with small amount of impurities in form of light phase, and a second light fraction consisting of a light phase with only small amounts of impurities in the form of a heavy phase. At least second centrifugal separator (141) is a hermetically sealed separator.
EFFECT: disclosed group of inventions makes it possible to increase degree of separation of light and heavy phases and output of purified crude soap of tall oil.
