SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of controlling a braking/driving force for generating any of a driving force and a braking force based on an operating value of pressing the accelerator pedal of a vehicle. Road surface slope value along which the vehicle moves is determined. Correcting the basic driving force preset in advance so that it increases, based on the road surface slope, or correcting the base braking force specified in advance, so that it decreases, based on the road surface slope value when the road surface slope is increased. Base motive force is corrected so that it decreases on the basis of the road surface slope value or the base braking force is corrected so that it increases on the basis of the road surface slope value when the road surface slope is reduced. Correcting driving force or corrected braking force is generated. At that value of correction for correction of basic braking force or basic driving force at control of automatic movement for provision of movement of vehicle at speed of movement specified in advance is less than value of correction, when control of automatic movement is not carried out. Disclosed also is brake/driving force control device.

EFFECT: providing a method of controlling braking/driving force and a braking/driving force control device, which enable to suppress changes in acceleration/deceleration and vehicle speed depending on variation of the road surface slope.
