SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obtaining images and relates to a photosensor. Photosensor has a plurality of light-sensitive pixels formed on the substrate. Each pixel has a light-sensitive area in which incident light generates photoelectric carriers, plurality of storage areas for accumulation of photorecharge carriers, transmitting a gate associated with each storage area, and a micro lens array. Storage areas are excited to make photo charge in light-sensitive area drift into storage area. Matrix of microlenses comprises at least one microlens for each storage area and directs light incident on the microlens into the region of the light-sensitive region which is closer to the storage area than to other storage areas from the plurality of storage regions.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling control of spatial resolution of pixels and improvement of image quality.
