FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: crystal of the photodetector (sensor) of the camera has a ring shape and contains a "circular" target, a "circular" shift register and a charge-voltage transformation unit, and lines of photosensitive elements and lines of light-shielded elements of the same area for this "circular" target are arranged along radial directions from the imaginary center of the circular ring to its outer periphery. The number of "circular" rows and the number of pixels in each "circular" line of the sensor is equal to the number of rows and the number of pixels in each row of the matrix photodetector, respectively.

EFFECT: eliminated excess channel bandwidth of TV camera communication with the computer due to the use of a target in the form of a circular ring for the photodetector.
