FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for a network receiver to be put into action with a resource limited network by linking a device with resource limitation to a network receiver. Method comprises steps of: receiving, on a network receiver, an activation initiation message from a resource limited device in order to initiate an actuation in accordance with a first actuation process in order to associate a resource limited device with a network receiver; if the first start-up process cannot be supported by the network receiver, initiating, through the network receiver, a feedback including actuation of the actuator connected to the network, to instruct user to select commissioning process with recovery after failure through selection of commissioning process on device with resource limitation.

EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling commissioning of such devices, even if certain start-up processes are not supported by certain network nodes.
