FIELD: heat exchange.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heat exchange device for effective heating of liquids or liquid foams upon request with possibility of easy cleaning. Invention also relates to a system including such heat exchange device. Heat-exchange device (10) for heating liquid or liquid foam on request comprises channel (30), through which fluid or liquid foam is circulating, and at least one layer (11), made of heat-conducting material, wherein channel (30) is in contact with layer (11) such that when layer (11) is heated it transmits heat of liquid or liquid foam circulating via channel (30), channel (30) and part of layer (11), which is in contact with said channel (30), are arranged with the possibility of disconnection to obtain access to them for the purpose of cleaning. At that, the heat exchange device additionally contains first channel (20), through which the steam is circulating for layer (11) heating due to the phase transition from steam to liquid during circulation along first channel (20), and second channel (40), through which steam circulates, and secondary layer (12) in contact with second channel (40) such that secondary layer (12) is heated by phase transition of steam into liquid during circulation on second channel (40), wherein channel (30) and parts of layers (11, 12), which are in contact with said channel (30), are arranged with the possibility of disconnection to obtain access to them for the purpose of cleaning.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is to ensure production of foam of high quality on request, easy operation, cleaning and maintenance by user.
